Picture this: You, comfortably nestled in a cosy cocoon of blankets or maybe your duvet, surrounded by an array of crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other melodic instruments. As a sound healing practitioner, I'll guide you on a sonic journey, creating an immersive experience that soothes your mind, body, and spirit. It's not just a bath for your ears; it's a symphony for your soul, allowing your soul, body and mind to totally switch off. The room will be lit with fairy lights and LED candles creating a relaxed and cosy atmosphere as soon as you walk in.

Wear comfy clothes, bring a cosy blanket or duvet (yes, please feel free to bring you duvet to keep you warm; it is really important for you to feel warm, relaxed and comfortable), a yoga mat (or something similar to lie on), warm socks, pillow (for your head and you may also want something to rest your knees on if that makes you more comfortable), eye mask (optional, can help to really relax).

Sound Baths are not recommended during the first and last trimester of pregnancy or if you have a pacemaker. They may not be suitable for metal implants (not including dental fillings), sensitivity to sound including tinnitus and Meniere’s, for some forms of epilepsy and seizures, and for some mental health issues – please contact us to discuss any of these issues prior to booking. If you have any concerns about your health and how it might be affected by a Sound Bath please contact me to discuss prior to booking. Recording of the event is forbidden. Those arriving intoxicated will be refused entry and no refund will be given.
